Home Health Nurse - Infusion Experience Preferred Bluffton, SC & Savannah, GA Flexible Scheduling | Immediate Openings BrightStar Care is hiring compassionate RNs and LPNs to provide high-quality in-home patient care in the Bluffton and Savannah areas. Responsibilities as a Registered Nurse / Licensed Practical Nurse Administer IV infusions, medications, and treatments Conduct patient assessments Monitor patient conditions and document care Educate patients and families Provide one-on-one care in home health settings Qualifications of a Registered Nurse / Licensed Practical Nurse Active RN or LPN license (SC or GA) 1+ year nursing experience preferred IV therapy experience preferred Current CPR/BLS certification Reliable transportation Why Join Us?
