Job Description

Cornerstone Healthcare Services is seeking a compassionate and experienced Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to provide one-on-one skilled nursing care for a female client with a spinal cord injury in Savannah, Georgia.
Available Shifts Day Shift:
7:00 AM - 7:00
PM Night Shift:
7:00 PM - 7:00 AM Full-Time, Part-Time, and PRN Opportunities Available
MUST BE AVAILABLE TO WORK ONE WEEKEND OUT OF THE MONTH
Responsibilities Provide skilled nursing care in the client's home Perform ongoing assessments and monitor patient condition Manage and monitor suprapubic (SP) catheter care Provide colostomy care and monitoring Administer medications as ordered Assist with activities of daily living (ADLs) as needed Assist with transfers, repositioning, and mobility needs Monitor for changes in condition and report concerns promptly Complete accurate and timely nursing documentation Qualifications Current Georgia LPN license in good standing Current CPR certification Home health or private duty nursing experience preferred Spinal cord injury experience strongly preferred Experience with catheter and colostomy care preferred Ability to work independently in a home setting Reliable transportation and dependable attendance Why Join Cornerstone Healthcare Services?
