RN/LPN Home Care Nurse•Consistent Hours•

3:00 PM•12:00

AM Thursday & Saturday:

5:00 PM•2:00 AM Consistent weekly hours available.

Job Summary:

We are urgently hiring a dependable RN/LPN for a stable in-home case. Client is an 18-year-old male with trach and G-tube who requires routine skilled nursing care and hands-on assistance throughout the shift. Client is mobile and requires support with transfers, repositioning, mobility assistance, and ADLs. Client is approximately 6'0" and 180 lbs, so nurse must be comfortable with frequent lifting and physical assistance.

Responsibilities:

Trach care and suctioning G-tube feedings Monitor respiratory status and overall condition Assist with ADLs and mobility support Medication administration as ordered Maintain accurate nursing documentation

Qualifications:

Active Georgia RN or LPN license Trach & G-tube experience preferred CPR certification required Reliable and consistent attendance Comfortable with hands-on patient care and lifting assistance•immediate openings available.

Pay:

$35.00•$55.00 per hour
