RN $45/hr | LPN $30/hr Modani Care is seeking compassionate and skilled Registered Nurses (RN) and Licensed Practical Nurses (LPN) to provide one-on-one nursing care for a medically fragile infant recently discharged from the hospital . This client has complex medical needs related to extreme prematurity and requires attentive, skilled nursing care in the home setting. Client Overview Infant with a history including: Born at 23 weeks gestation Grade IV Intraventricular Hemorrhage (IVH) Bronchopulmonary Dysplasia (BPD) Feeding difficulties and dysphagia Retinopathy of Prematurity (ROP) Supplemental oxygen as needed Additional complications related to extreme prematurity Position Details PRN position Flexible scheduling One-on-one care in the home Shifts available based on the client's approved nursing hours and ongoing needs Day, evening, overnight, weekday, and weekend opportunities may be available Hours are not guaranteed and may fluctuate based on authorization, hospitalization, family preferences, and client needs Multiple nurses may be hired to provide adequate coverage Qualifications Current Georgia RN or LPN license in good standing Current CPR certification Pediatric, NICU, or home health experience preferred Experience caring for medically fragile infants required Experience with supplemental oxygen monitoring and management preferred Strong assessment, communication, and documentation skills Ability to work independently in a home setting Why Join Modani Care?
