We specialize in providing one-on-one nursing care for medically fragile children in the comfort of their homes. Our nurses have the opportunity to build meaningful relationships with patients and families while providing high-quality care in a supportive and family-centered environment.

Schedule:

16 hours per week 2 daytime shifts per week Flexible schedule: 7:00 AM

PM Pay Rates:

LPN:

Up to $37.00/hour

RN:

Up to $42.00/hour Patient Information Join our team caring for a pediatric patient who requires skilled nursing support in the home.

Patient Care Needs:

1-year-old pediatric patient G-Tube feedings Seizure monitoring and care Medication administration Total care assistance Ongoing skilled nursing assessments Why Nurses Enjoy This Case Consistent daytime schedule One-on-one patient care Supportive family environment Flexible start times Opportunity to make a meaningful impact in a child's life Focus on one patient without facility assignments Responsibilities Provide one-on-one skilled nursing care in the patient's home Perform clinical assessments and monitor for changes in condition Administer medications and treatments as ordered Maintain accurate and timely documentation Communicate effectively with physicians, caregivers, and office staff Educate and support family caregivers when appropriate Qualifications Licensure Active, unrestricted Georgia RN or LPN license Experience Preferred Pediatric nursing experience Home health experience G-Tube experience Seizure care experience Requirements Ability to pass a criminal background check Current negative TB test within the last 12 months Reliable transportation Professional Qualities Strong clinical judgment Dependable and professional Compassionate, patient-centered approach Excellent communication skills Why Join Gentle Care Home Services?
