Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) - PRN/Per Diem

GLC Group is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for PRN/Per Diem shifts at a Skilled Nursing facility in Honolulu, HI.

Pay & Schedule:

Hourly Rate:

$46 Weekly Pay

• Every Friday Flexible PRN shifts

Key Responsibilities:

Provide direct patient care and assist with daily living activities Administer medications and monitor vital signs Observe and report changes in patient condition Perform basic wound care and treatments Maintain accurate patient documentation and records Support rehabilitation and long-term care plans Follow infection control and safety procedures Collaborate with RNs, physicians, and healthcare staff

Requirements:

Active LPN license in Hawaii Minimum 1 year of recent SNF experience BLS (AHA) required; ACLS preferred
