This role focuses on providing direct patient care, supporting individuals with medical and mental health needs, and collaborating with an interdisciplinary care team.

$3,000 Sign-On Bonus ( Full-Time ) $1,500 Sign-On Bonus ( Part-Time )

Schedule:

Full-Time ( Varied ) PRN ( Flexible ) Responsibilities Administer medications accurately and in a timely manner Perform health assessments and monitor patient conditions Coordinate psychiatric, psychological, and medical services Support medication management processes (storage, distribution, documentation) Provide medical triage and refer to appropriate providers as needed Maintain accurate patient records and documentation Build trusting relationships with residents and support overall well-being Assist with staff and patient education (CPR, First Aid, etc.) Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and internal protocols Requirements Active LPN License (Iowa) in good standing Prior experience in behavioral health, residential, or patient care setting preferred Strong communication and organizational skills Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities Basic to intermediate computer skills Ability to participate in on-call rotation (if applicable) Interested?
