Responsibilities:

As an LPN at Unity Point St. Luke's Living Center West, you will play a crucial role in providing compassionate care to our long-term care residents.

Your responsibilities will include:

Collaborating with physicians and other healthcare professionals to create individualized care plans for residents Administering medications and treatments according to physician orders Assisting residents with activities of daily living, such as bathing, dressing, and eating Monitoring residents' health and well-being, and reporting any changes to the appropriate staff Ensuring the safety and comfort of residents at all times

Qualifications:
