Licensed Practical Nurse-3rd shift
Davenport, Iowa Salary:
$31/hour
Job Summary:
We are seeking a compassionate and dependable Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join a skilled nursing team on the overnight (3rd) shift. In this role, you will provide high-quality nursing care, administer medications and treatments, monitor resident health, and collaborate with the interdisciplinary care team to ensure residents receive exceptional care in a supportive long-term care environment.
Job Responsibilities:
Provide direct nursing care in accordance with individualized care plans Administer medications and treatments as prescribed Monitor residents' conditions and communicate any changes to the healthcare team Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation Assist residents with activities of daily living while promoting comfort and dignity Collaborate with RNs, physicians, and other healthcare professionals to deliver quality patient care Ensure compliance with all state regulations, facility policies, and nursing standards
Qualifications:
Active Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in the state of Iowa (required) Previous experience in senior living, long-term care, skilled nursing, or a similar setting preferred, but not required Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment Compassionate, dependable, and committed to providing excellent resident care About the
