We're looking for a dedicated LPN to join our 2nd shift team in a long-term care environment where your expertise and heart are truly valued. Founded in 1966, Ridgecrest is a nonprofit Continuing Care Retirement Community (CCRC) dedicated to exceptional, faith-based care in a serene, supportive setting. Set on 22 landscaped acres with mature trees, butterfly gardens, and peaceful outdoor seating, our campus encourages relaxation and connection with nature. We're seeking an experienced, compassionate professional to join our team. Ridgecrest strives to provide high-quality services for a happy and healthy community life. As a Long-term Care Nurse, your main responsibilities include: monitoring patients' health and giving medications helping with daily activities offering emotional support to both patients and their families. record patient progress, update care plans, and make sure all healthcare rules and facility policies are followed This role calls for strong clinical expertise, excellent communication skills, and deep empathy. Ideal candidates will have backgrounds in geriatric care, rehabilitation, or managing chronic illnesses, and should feel comfortable in a busy, collaborative work setting. Graduate from an accredited school of nursing and be licensed as an LPN in Iowa. Nursing experience in a long-term care facility is preferred. •
