  • Deliver direct resident care with skill and compassion.
  • Conduct physical assessments and develop care plans.
  • Administer medications, IV therapy, TPN, and trach care.
  • Monitor and document resident progress, reporting changes promptly.
  • Educate residents and families on health management and prevention.
  • Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team for coordinated care.
  • Maintain accurate records using appropriate medical terminology. Skills & Qualifications
  • Active RN license (Iowa).
  • Skilled nursing or long-term care experience preferred.
  • Proficiency with trach care, TPN administration, and IV therapy.
  • Familiarity with MDS for resident assessments.
  • Compassionate communicator and team collaborator. What's In It For You
