Job Description

Overview We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate
RN/LPN/CMA
to join our ENT healthcare team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong commitment to providing high-quality patient care in a clinic setting. As a nurse, you will play a vital role in supporting physicians and physician assistants in delivering exceptional medical services while ensuring patient comfort and safety. This position is temporary with the potential to develop into a permanent position. Duties Prepare patients for and assist with examinations and surgical procedures when appropriate. Assist with triage and assessment of patients to determine their needs. Administer medications and injections, dress wounds and incisions, and interpret physician instructions to patients. Monitor patients' vital signs and report any changes to the healthcare team. Maintain infection control protocols to ensure a safe environment for patients and staff. Maintain records of vitals and other pertinent data within EHR (eClinicalWorks) Clean and sterilize instruments and equipment to maintain stock of supplies and medications. A willingness to learn new procedures and learn to use new equipment. Experience Previous experience in a clinical setting is preferred, particularly in a physician office or hospital Familiarity with calling in pharmacy requests Experience with eClinicalWorks or similar electronic health record systems is a plus. Working knowledge of managed care basics, and experience working with a managed care population Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively as part of a team
