Summary As a Licensed Practical Nurse at Grand Haven Retirement, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality nursing care to our residents. Located in Eldridge, IA, this position is essential for ensuring the health and well-being of our senior community. Responsibilities Conduct physical examinations and assess residents' health status. Collaborate with healthcare teams to develop and implement care plans. Provide education and support to residents and their families regarding health management. Assisting with the scheduling of the Universal Workers. Participate in the interdisciplinary team meetings. Comply with all state regulations as they apply to assisted living certification. Comply with all the Program's policies and procedures. Requirements Current LPN license in the state of Iowa. Strong knowledge of primary care practices and infection control measures. Excellent communication skills for effective interaction with residents and staff. Ability to perform physical examinations and basic medical procedures. Experience in a medical office or healthcare setting preferred.
