Job Description

Job Summary Join our dynamic healthcare team as a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) or Registered Nurse (RN), where you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional patient care across diverse medical settings. Whether working in hospital medicine, emergency departments, or outpatient clinics, you will utilize your clinical expertise to assess, monitor, and support patients through their healing journey. Your compassionate approach and attention to detail will ensure each patient receives personalized, high-quality care in a fast-paced environment that values your skills and dedication. Responsibilities Conduct comprehensive patient assessments, including vital signs, physiology, and anatomy evaluations to determine care needs. Administer medications, injections, and IV therapies following strict protocols and safety standards. Document all patient interactions accurately using Electronic Health Record (EHR) systems while maintaining HIPAA compliance. Assist in emergency situations within Level I Trauma Centers or emergency rooms by providing critical support and rapid response. Perform venipuncture and other invasive procedures with precision and professionalism. Monitor patient progress, update medical records, and communicate findings clearly to the healthcare team. Support infection control practices and adhere to hospital policies for patient safety and confidentiality. Requirements Valid LPN or RN license with current state certification. Experience working in Level II trauma centers, emergency medicine, or hospital settings with medical-surgical or ICU backgrounds. Proficiency in EMR/EHR systems for accurate medical documentation and record keeping. Strong knowledge of medical terminology, physiology, anatomy, and medication administration protocols. Ability to perform IV insertion, venipuncture, and vital signs measurement efficiently. Experience with outpatient clinics, post-acute care environments, or sub-acute care settings is preferred. Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required; additional certifications such as ACLS are a plus. Join us to make a meaningful difference in patients' lives through dedicated nursing care! Schedule Details:
• Choose your preferred 3-day block from Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, or Friday • No Saturdays or Sundays required
Pay:
$38.00 - $60.00 per hour
