Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) or Registered Nurse (RN) -
Full-time Location:
Franklin Country View LTC, part of
Franklin General Hospital Hours:
36 hours per week, varying day shifts: 6:00 AM - 6:30 PM Do you love working with the elderly? Franklin Country View is seeking a compassionate and dedicated LPN or RN to join our team! This role is perfect for someone who values quality care and enjoys making a difference in the lives of residents.
Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate total nursing care for residents Participate in resident and family education Provide leadership and collaborate with ancillary nursing staff and other team members Maintain professional nursing standards in a clinical setting Utilize PointClickCare for documentation and care management
