RN/LPN Weekend Package Nights - Adolescent/Young Adult Complex Medical Care (Part-Time) 4.1 4.1 out of 5 stars Johnston, IA 50131 Part-time ChildServe 163 reviews Part-time We are seeking nurses to join our compassionate team in our Inpatient Complex Medical program, where we provide around-the-clock care in a warm, family-centered environment. We support individuals aged 15-30 who are unable to live at home due to their complex medical needs, helping each individual thrive in a safe and caring setting.

Nursing at ChildServe - ChildServe Schedule/Benefits Weekend package position, Saturday, and Sunday, 6pm-6am Benefit eligible, including medical, dental, vision plans, retirement with company match, and generous PTO accrual, including 8 hours of PTO front-loaded How You'll Make an Impact Within the nursing scope of practice, physician's orders, and the care plan, make decisions and deliver a full range of nursing care based on the fundamentals of the nursing process. Maintain accurate, completed, and timely records as defined by nursing standards of practice and ChildServe policies and procedures. Communicate effectively, respectfully, and professionally with residents, physicians, families, school personnel, ChildServe staff, and others to assure assigned child's care needs are assessed, communicated, and met. Provide training to patients, families, and staff as needed to help advance the skills and knowledge of all people associated with a child's care delivery. Demonstrate good stewardship of ChildServe equipment, supplies, and environment. What You'll Need Current valid license as a Nurse (RN or LPN) in Iowa. Active BLS from the American Heart Association or American Red Cross. Ability to lift up to 35 lbs, be mobile within the clinic areas, and frequently bend, lift, reach, and stand.
