Licensed Practical Nurse

We are seeking a self-motivated and dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN), or a Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team at Story County Jail in Nevada, Iowa. The ideal candidate brings strong clinical skills, professional communication, and the ability to perform confidently in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. Salary:

$30.00 - $32.50 with it rising to $35.00 after successful completion of 60 day training period for LPN. Qualifications Valid Iowa LPN license or Valid Iowa LPN license Current CPR Certification Mental health or behavioral health experience preferred Prior correctional nursing experience preferred. Duties Assist providers with patient exams and clinical procedures Administer injections and perform basic laboratory functions Maintain thorough and accurate patient records and documentation Obtain vital signs and compile medical histories Educate patients on treatment plans, medications, and health management Collaborate effectively with a multidisciplinary healthcare team Manage and maintain medical supply inventory Join Integrated Nursing Solutions and make a meaningful difference through professional, compassionate care — right here in your community.
