If you're a compassionate leader with a passion for delivering exceptional care, we'd love to meet you! Responsibilities Plan, organize, develop, and direct the daily operations of the Nursing Services Department. Participate in interviewing and screening residents for admission. Review nurses' notes to ensure proper documentation of treatments, medications, and resident conditions. Conduct daily rounds to observe resident care and identify needs. Communicate with physicians and visit selected residents regularly. Assist the MDS/Care Plan Coordinator with planning, scheduling, and revising MDS assessments, including implementing RAPs and triggers. Qualifications Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) or Registered Nurse (RN). Minimum 1 year of leadership experience as an ADON, DON, or similar role in long-term care. Experience working with the geriatric population preferred.
