Job Description
At St. Luke's, our dedicated team of Certified Medical Assistants (CMAs) and Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) are committed to fostering a positive, inclusive, and supportive culture that ensures exceptional patient care across the Treasure Valley. We are excited to offer an opportunity for LPNs or CMAs to join our Float Pool, where you'll have the opportunity to support multiple clinics across our ambulatory setting in the Treasure Valley (Boise, Meridian, Nampa, Caldwell and Eagle). As a Float Pool LPN or CMA2, you'll orient to and support three different skillsets (i.e Family Med, Cardiology, etc.), giving you the opportunity to support different clinics and care for a variety of patient populations. Your Treasure Valley work location will vary based on current staffing needs, including Boise, Meridian, Nampa, Caldwell and Eagle. What you can expect from this role:
- Starting as an LPN or CMA2, you will orient to and support three distinct skillsets and clinic specialties, providing opportunity to build a well-rounded skill set and work to the top of your scope.
- Receive standardized training tailored to St. Luke's, equipping you with the knowledge and skills to excel in various clinical environments.
- Once you have successfully completed orientation for all three skillsets, you'll receive a 10% Float Pool differential on top of your regular pay.
- Opportunities for growth are available, including CMA3
- The Float Pool is self-scheduled, allowing you to have a say in your workdays while helping support staffing needs across multiple clinics.
- Please note that because the unit is self scheduling we cannot guarentee specific days off. CMA Qualifications Education
