Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)

Auburn Crest Primary & Palliative Care is looking to grow our clinical team! Are you a compassionate nurse who values building deep relationships with patients? We are seeking an LPN to join our dual-focus team. You will support patients for primary care while also providing vital palliative support for those facing illness and end of life. This role is perfect for a clinician who excels at both technical nursing skills and the "heart" of patient care.

What You'll Do:

Provide one-on-one skilled nursing care in a clinic and/or home setting. Manage complex symptoms and pain regimens to ensure patient comfort. Act as a bridge between the patient, their family, and the medical team. Support families through education and emotional guidance.

Requirements:

Valid LPN License in Idaho. Compassionate nature and "patient-first" mentality. Proficiency with EHR systems and mobile health technology. A valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

Pay:

From $33.50 per hour
