Job Description:

A private duty nurse is a registered nurse who provides pediatric patients with one-on-one, long-term care in their homes. They take care of a patient's basic, daily needs and help with chronic health problems. Private duty nurses aim to help patients stay within their homes and live happy, healthy, and fulfilling lives.

Qualifications:

Current license/registration by the state of hire as an RN Preferred one year experience in Nursing Prior Home Health/ Private Duty Nursing Experience also preferred Ability to complete Competency and Proficiency Skills Evaluation CPR Certification Excellent verbal and written communication Genuine love for tiny humans Valid drivers license with a clean driving record and a clean, functioning vehicle
