Licensed Practical Nurse - Home and Hopsice at St. Luke's Health System in McCall, Idaho, United States Job Description We're seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our Home Health & Hospice team, primarily supporting home health patients with the opportunity to cross-train into hospice care. This role offers a unique blend of autonomy, variety, and purpose while serving patients across scenic rural areas. What You'll Do:

Provide in-home nursing care to patients across Cascade, Smiths Ferry, Riggins, and surrounding areas Support care plans focused on recovery, chronic condition management, and quality of life Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to deliver patient-centered care Crosstrain in hospice to support patients and families through end-of-life care

Qualifications:
