Job Description

Licensed Practical Nurse - Home and Hopsice at St. Luke's Health System in McCall, Idaho, United States Job Description We're seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our Home Health & Hospice team, primarily supporting home health patients with the opportunity to cross-train into hospice care. This role offers a unique blend of autonomy, variety, and purpose while serving patients across scenic rural areas. Live, work, and play in Idaho's beautiful mountain communities while making a meaningful impact with St. Luke's Health System. New Grads are encouraged to apply! Sign on Bonus eligible!
What You'll Do:
Provide in-home nursing care to patients across Cascade, Smiths Ferry, Riggins, and surrounding areas Support care plans focused on recovery, chronic condition management, and quality of life Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to deliver patient-centered care Crosstrain in hospice to support patients and families through end-of-life care
Qualifications:
Current LPN license (or new graduate eligible for licensure) Strong communication and time management skills Willingness to travel throughout the service area At St. Luke's, caring for people in the communities we serve is our mission - and this includes our own SLHS team.
