Flexible once the child returns home from school Virtual Interview & Onboarding Available At Castor Home Health Solutions, nursing feels like nursing again. We are seeking an LPN to provide 1:1 care for a pre-teen child during the school day . The shift will begin at 6:30 AM in the home , where the nurse will assist with morning needs before accompanying the child to school. The nurse will remain with the child throughout the school day and return home with them afterward. The end time is flexible once the child has returned home. Our nurses enjoy consistent cases, strong clinical support, and the opportunity to provide meaningful 1:1 care while building trusted relationships with patients and families. We carefully match nurses with the right-fit family for long-term success. With 24/7 clinical support, paid hands-on training, and a laptop in every home for easy charting, you'll feel confident and supported from day one. What You'll Do Provide 1:1 skilled nursing care in the home and school setting Attend school with the child and provide care throughout the day Monitor vitals, administer medications, and perform treatments as ordered Support the child and family through compassionate, dependable care Complete simple real-time charting during your shift What We're Looking For Active Illinois LPN license CPR certification, or willingness to obtain Compassionate, dependable nurses New grads encouraged to apply No pediatric home care experience? We provide training in trachs, vents, G/J tubes, and more.
