Renaissance Care Center, located in Canton, IL, is seeking Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to join our dedicated clinical team. We provide a supportive, team-focused environment where strong clinical skills, compassionate care, and collaboration are valued every day.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide direct nursing care to long-term care residents Administer medications, treatments, and wound care per physician orders Monitor residents' conditions and report changes to the RN or physician Accurately document care and observations in the EHR Collaborate with RNs, CNAs, and interdisciplinary care teams Support a safe, respectful, and resident-centered care environment

Qualifications:

Current Illinois LPN license Strong clinical skills, organization, and attention to detail Experience with medication administration and wound care Familiarity with EHR systems (PCC a plus) Long-term care or skilled nursing experience preferred Bring your clinical skills and compassionate approach to Renaissance Care Center—where LPNs are supported, respected, and essential to the care we provide.
