Position Overview:

Navitas Healthcare, LLC is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for an exciting Travel or Local job in Gifford, IL. Key Responsibilities Provide nursing care overnight according to resident care plans. Administer medications, monitor resident conditions, and report changes. Document nursing care in PCC electronic charting system. Collaborate with RNs and CNAs to maintain high-quality resident care. Participate in facility orientation and shadowing as required. Maintain compliance with infection control and safety procedures. Required Qualifications Active LPN license in Illinois. Minimum of 1 year of clinical experience preferred. Experience in LTC or skilled nursing facilities preferred. Ability to work night 12-hour shifts with weekend rotation. Strong communication, teamwork, and clinical skills.
