Our New Employee Orientations are held every other Wednesday, starting at 10:30am. You will need to attend the full day.

Hourly Wage:

RNs = $41/hr and LPNs = $35/hr

Status:

part time; 8 hour shifts

Schedule:

3-11 shift, every Monday and every other weekend

Job DescriptionFloor nurse - providing excellence in clinical careAt our behavioral health center (an Independent Care Facility or ICF), Nurses play a key role in helping our residents feel safe, respected, and supported as they work toward their clinical and recovery goals. You'll be part of a close-knit, multidisciplinary team that values compassion, collaboration, and stability in care.

QualificationsFloor Nurse:

We will consider a Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for this role.

What we need from you:

Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in ILPrior floor nurse experience within a skilled nursing facility is strongly preferredExperience with the post-acute patients - specifically the cardiac, post op ortho & the medically complexElectronic medical records experience is helpful (Point Click Care or PCC is ideal)New Grads are encouraged to applyAsk us about our Nursing Leadership Academy and AIT training programs.
