HR Shifts Job Summary:

We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team at Pearl Pointe's Pearl Pavilion in Freeport, Illinois. As an LPN at Pearl Pointe, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality nursing care to our residents while supervising nursing personnel and coordinating care delivery. Responsibilities:

Supervise nursing personnel to deliver nursing care and coordinates care delivery within the scope of practice Administer medications and treatments timely and according to policy Receive, transcribe, and carry out physician orders Follow established procedures for charting and reporting all reports of incident/accidents (patients & employees) Identify and report changes in condition to supervisor, physician, and family Provide direct care to residents and supervise nursing assistants
