About the Role As a Wound Care Nurse RN/LPN , you will be responsible for assessing, treating, and preventing wound care issues in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. You will work closely with our interdisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized wound care plans, while also educating patients and their families on wound care management strategies. Your expertise and attention to detail will be instrumental in promoting optimal healing outcomes and improving quality of life for our residents.
