We are seeking a compassionate and skilled LPN to join our team in Granite City, IL. About the
Role:
As an LPN at Evercare of Granite City, you will work closely with our interdisciplinary team to provide skilled nursing care to our patients.
Your primary responsibilities will include:
Assisting patients with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, and grooming Administering medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians Monitoring patients' vital signs and reporting any changes to the nursing staff Developing and implementing individualized care plans to meet patients' unique needs Maintaining accurate and detailed records of patient care and treatment
Responsibilities:
Provide direct patient care, including vital signs, wound care, and medication administration Assist with infection control measures and maintain a clean and safe environment for patients Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care Participate in education and training programs to stay current with best practices and regulatory requirements LPN , you will be an integral part of our team and play a key role in delivering exceptional patient care.
Requirements:
