Evercare of Granite City is seeking a compassionate and skilled Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our dedicated team of healthcare professionals. As an LPN with our organization, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality patient care and supporting our mission to provide exceptional healthcare services to our community.

Responsibilities:

Provide direct patient care services, including administering medications, treatments, and injections as prescribed by physicians Monitor and maintain accurate records of patient care, including vital signs, treatment plans, and medication administration Collaborate with healthcare team members to develop and implement individualized patient care plans Perform routine tasks such as vital sign checks, wound care, and phlebotomy as needed Maintain a clean, safe, and organized environment for patients and staff

Requirements:

Current LPN license in the state of Illinois High school diploma or equivalent required Ability to lift, bend, and move patients and equipment as needed Strong communication and interpersonal skills Compassionate and empathetic approach to patient care
