Job Description
The Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) administers prescribed medications and treatments to residents and maintains related work records. The LPN also ensures resident's needs are met in accordance with professional standards of practice through physician orders, facility policies and procedures, and federal, state and local guidelines. Basic reading and writing skills, and ability to speak English in an understandable mannerYears of Experience :
Gerontological nursing including dementia population preferredLicensure :
Current active LPN license in state of practicePhysical Demands :
