Job Description

Compensation:
Hourly range $25.00hr
  • $32.
50hr Plus Shift Differential pay
Bonus:
Potential for a performance-based bonus, subject to eligibility criteria and achievement of defined metrics. Details regarding bonus eligibility and performance goals will be provided during the interview process or upon hire.
Incentives:
Eligible for evening/night, weekend shift incentive based on company policies and applicable job codes. Additional details will be provided during the interview process.

Job Overview:
Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) provides essential bedside care and supports the healthcare team in a hospital setting. They perform a range of nursing duties under the supervision of registered nurses (RNs) and physicians, focusing on delivering direct patient care and ensuring patient comfort. Responsibilities include monitoring vital signs, administering medications and injections, assisting with wound care, and recording patient information. LPNs also help with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, and feeding patients, and they educate patients and families about health conditions and care plans.
Required:
Certifications/Licenses/Experience:
  • Active Licensed Practical Nursing license in the state of Illinois
  • Basic Life Support from American Heart Association (BLS)
