Job Description
Salem Township Hospital has a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) opening at the Family Health Care Center clinic located at 1321 Whittaker St. in Salem, Illinois. Work with our team to provide excellent primary care to our community! $5,000 Sign-On Bonus Qualifications Graduation from a school of nursing. Current license with the Illinois Department of Professional Regulations. Current in CPR. Previous office nurse experience is required. Summary Coordinates and organizes clinical activities by using initiative and independent judgment including patient intake assessment. Provides direct care to patients when professional skills are required. Assists providers with the examinations and procedures. Provides patient education and documents appropriately, and maintains the records accordingly. Responsible for obtaining and maintaining supplies as requested by providers.
