  • Friday day shift Pay based on experience starting at $20.
59 Responsibilities Answers phone calls from patients, hospitals, extended care facilities, pharmacies and physician offices and directs the information to the appropriate provider as needed. , Assists providers with patient exams/ treatments/ procedures., Assists the providers by performing patient calls regarding test results and follow-up care as instructed by provider. , Collects pertinent data and information relative to the patient's health or the situation. Recognizes normal and abnormal findings when gathering data., Coordinates follow up care including scheduling of tests and referrals as ordered by the physician in a timely and accurate manner. , Documents appropriately and concisely assessment, care provided, and data collection in the medical record., Ensures that pre-certification of tests/ consults is obtained., Performs and documents laboratory duties which may include phlebotomy, specimen collection and performance of routine basic waived testing., Submits prescriptions and refills to the pharmacy ordered by the physician in a timely and accurate manner., Teaches patients and family members about the plan of care and documents education. Requirements High School (Required)BLS or CPR certification (within 90 days of hire)
