Job Description

Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)
  • Third Shift (11 p.m.
  • 7 a.
m.) We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our healthcare team. This role offers an excellent opportunity to provide high-quality patient care in a supportive and professional environment. Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide direct patient care under the supervision of registered nurses and physicians
  • Monitor patient health status and record vital signs accurately
  • Assist with patient assessments and implement care plans
  • Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
  • Support patients with activities of daily living and ensure their comfort and safety
  • Document patient information and care activities in accordance with facility policies
  • Collaborate with healthcare team members to ensure optimal patient outcomes
  • Maintain a clean and safe environment for patients and staff
Skills and Qualifications:
  • Valid and current Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license
  • Proven experience in a healthcare setting, preferably in a similar environment
  • Strong clinical skills and knowledge of patient care procedures
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Flexibility to work third shift hours (11 p.m.
  • 7 a.m.)
