Job Description
Job Summary:
- 6pm-6am $32 an hour 6am
- 6pm $30 an hour We are seeking a dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will provide compassionate care to patients, collaborate with healthcare professionals, and ensure the highest quality of patient care.
Responsibilities:
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by the physician
- Monitor patients' vital signs and report any changes to the healthcare team
- Assist in developing and implementing patient care plans
- Educate patients and their families on healthcare procedures and treatments
- Maintain accurate medical records and documentation
- Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive patient care
Qualifications:
- Must be a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) in good standing
- Experience in dementia care, tube feeding, inhale treatments preferred
- Proficiency in PCC or similar electronic health record systems is a plus
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
