Job Description

Job description: Parkview Regional Medical Center is looking for a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our amazing team! Parkview Regional Medical Center - Fort Wayne, IN This position is eligible for a sign on bonus• please see bonus details below.

ATTRACTIVE BENEFITS 16

hours of voluntary time off available to all coworkers annually. Quarterly $250 "Lifestyle Benefit" (for 0.8-1.0 FTE): Can be used for groceries, food, gym memberships, spa days, etc.

Pet insurance offered:

70% reimbursement on qualifying/critical vet bills.

School Assistance:

$2,000 annually for non-critical roles, $4,000 annually for organizationally critical positions

Schedule:

• Full & Part Time Positions • Some weekend shifts may be required

Licensure:

Valid Indiana Licensed Practice Nurse license. Must have current CPR certification. Additional certifications may be required for specific areas. For Peds department, must have PALS within 6 months. ED at

Randallia and PRMC:

ACLS and PALS both required within 1 year.

Randallia ED:

NVCI required within 6 months. Current co-workers have until 11/5/2020 to obtain NVCI. Addendums are required for 0153 Nurse Leader, 0249 Registry

RN, 0252

Registered Nurse, 0235 Advanced Registered Nurse, and 0236 Expert Registered Nurse. To view addendums, go to the job description page on Parkview's intranet.
