Nurse Responsibilities Include:
Leading and supporting direct care staff to ensure safe medication administration, treatments, documentation, and care planning Daily resident visits to assess physical and emotional status Monitoring medication, medical supply, and equipment inventory Ensuring proper use and disposal of PPE Promoting resident dignity, independence, and safety Maintaining standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and infection control Providing excellent service to residents, families, guests, vendors, and team members

Qualifications:
Current, valid LPN license Strong interpersonal and communication skills Ability to think critically and make independent decisions Leadership and supervisory skills Ability to work tactfully with residents, families, staff, and regulatory agencies Knowledge of nursing practices, long-term care regulations, and compliance standards
Schedule Requirements:
