Essential Job Duties:

Collaborates with the physician or manager to determine needs of patients Completes the routine physical assessment using common assessment skills in a systematic manner. Contributes to plan of care for pre-defined patient problems. Respects patients' rights, including the right to inform, privacy, confidentiality, and the right to refuse care. Graduated from an accredited nursing program Must have active IN RN license Must have active BLS certification RN experience preferred

LPN Applicants:

Graduate from a one-year Practical Nursing Program. Currently registered with the Indiana State Board of Nurses Registration and Nursing Education as a Licensed Practical Nurse. BLS certification. Previous LPN experience preferred. Certified Medical Assistant Details Qualifications for

CMA Applicants:

Graduate from an accredited program for Certified Medical Assistants, Registered. Medical Assistants or Certified Clinical Medical Assistants program. Must have active CMA, RMA or CCMA certificate. BLS certification. Previous CMA experience preferred.
