JOB DESCRIPTION
Knows and applies current Nursing Theory appropriate to the age and/or developmental status of patients served; adheres to the Kansas Nurse Practice Act; adheres to national, regional, and hospital Standards of Care and Practice to deliver care; utilizes principles of Strategic Quality Management and continuous Performance Improvement; maintains a safe environment of care; collects data and performs patient care interventions; contributes to a collaborative practice with other disciplines; and behaves and practices in a manner consistent with the mission and objectives of Amberwell.
