Night Shift | 12-Hour Shifts Job Summary "Navitas Healthcare, LLC" is seeking a dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to provide high-quality nursing care in a Long-Term Care (LTC) setting. The LPN will work closely with residents, families, and healthcare teams to ensure safe, compassionate, and resident-centered care during night shifts. Key Responsibilities Provide direct nursing care to long-term care residents Administer medications and treatments as prescribed Monitor resident conditions and report changes appropriately Assist with resident assessments and individualized care plans Maintain accurate clinical documentation Collaborate with physicians, RNs, CNAs, and interdisciplinary teams Promote resident safety, comfort, dignity, and quality of life Respond appropriately to emergencies and resident care needs Ensure compliance with facility policies and nursing standards Required Qualifications Active LPN License Long-Term Care (LTC) experience preferred Strong clinical and communication skills Ability to work independently on night shifts Commitment to providing compassionate resident care Assignment Details Night Shift Position Guaranteed 36 Hours Weekly No Overtime Allowed Maximum 37.5 Hours Per Week Housing Available Through Agency No Scheduling Restrictions For more details reach at mdeshpande@navitashealth.com
