Full Job Description Clinical Care LPN Location:
Leawood, KS 66211
Hourly Rate:
$37.17/hr.
Schedule:
This is a full time contingent position, 32-40 hours per week including every other weekend, and may require floating to other nearby locations.
  • Work schedules will be created in 6-week blocks following the 3 weeks of training/orientation.
  • Depending on the needs of the clinic, you can expect a shift to be between 7-10 hours during clinic operating hours.
  • A typical work week will be two or three weekdays and every other weekend.
  • This position also requires working on some major holidays. Key Responsibilities
  • Administer vaccinations and injections (influenza, COVID, TB, etc.)
  • Obtain and record vital signs
  • Provide emergency care in collaboration with the provider on-site
  • Perform patient registration, intake, and checkout
  • Support clinic operations, including wait room management, appointment scheduling, reminder/outreach calls, and chaperone duties for sensitive exams Required Qualifications
  • Experience administering immunizations, injections, & provide vaccine education
  • Minimum 1 year of prior experience in Primary Care, Urgent Care, ER, or related
  • Experience documenting within an Electronic Medical Record (EMR)
  • Ability to obtain vital signs accurately
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification, including CPR and AED use Licensure & Education
  • Active, unrestricted LPN/LVN license in KS
  • Graduate of an approved/accredited Practical or Vocational Nursing program
