Description:

Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)/Registered Nurse (RN) We're seeking a dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) or Registered Nurse (RN) to provide high-quality patient care on an assigned unit under the supervision of a Registered Nurse. In this role, you'll support patients, collaborate with the healthcare team, and help maintain a safe, efficient, and patient-centered environment.

What You'll Do:

Provide direct patient care within the LPN or RN scope of practice Oversee and support Certified Nursing Assistants Collect and report patient data Reinforce patient education using the TeachBack method Assist with patient discharges and ongoing care planning Engage patients and families in the plan of care Respect and support patient treatment preferences Help monitor and maintain unit supplies and equipment Offer feedback to the Nurse Manager regarding annual budgets Demonstrate proficiency in all job responsibilities

Requirements:

Current Kansas LPN license or Kansas temporary LPN license/Current RN license or Kansas temporary RN license CPR Certified
