Licensed Practical Nurse (Full Time )
Location:
Butler County Position Overview License Practical Nurses assist in the provision of comprehensive health care as a member of a team of health care professionals. This individual functions in all areas of the outpatient office setting this might include both clinical and front desk duties.   • 7:00pm Tuesday 7:30am
  • 4:00pm Wednesday 7:30am
  • 4:00pm Thursday 7:30am
  • 4:00pm Friday 7:00am

Qualifications Graduate of Licensed Practical Nurse program and licensed Infection Control and strong clinical knowledge Administering Medication Previous venipuncture and injection experience preferred Previous experience in calling prescriptions under a providers direction Computer proficient and EMR experience What Sets PHN Apart The Primary Health Network is the largest Federally Qualified Healthcare Center (FQHC) in the state of Pennsylvania.
