Responsibilities Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by healthcare providers. Assist in patient assessments and monitor vital signs. Provide care for patients with diverse needs, including those in critical care and emergency medicine. Support discharge planning by educating patients and families about post-care instructions. Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive patient care. Maintain accurate patient records and documentation in compliance with healthcare regulations. Participate in infection control measures, particularly in infectious disease care settings. Skills Proficient in patient assessment techniques and critical care protocols. Knowledgeable in Durable Medical Equipment (DME) usage and occupational health practices. Strong communication skills to effectively interact with patients, families, and healthcare teams. Ability to handle emergency situations calmly and efficiently. Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills for maintaining patient records.
