Qualifications:
LPN license School experience recommended but not required.
Role Overview:
The School LPN position involves providing dedicated 1: 1 care to an Elementary student during transport to class during evaluation period. The role focuses on essential nursing tasks such as g-tube feeding, monitoring for signs of seizure activity, and mobility assistance, ensuring the student' s health and safety during transportation. The person will work as student s aide on the bus and work with the school nurse at Elementary on various tasks between bus rides.

full time 8-3pm,
M-F Dates:
8/17/26-5/21/27 Monday-Friday; 35 hours per week

1: 1 Elementary student - more details to follow
In-person Key Responsibilities:
Work as student s aide at school and to/from on the bus Administers first aid, medication, and specialized medical treatment (e.

G. Feeding tubes, suctioning, vent care, and may support toileting plans as needed) for the purpose of providing appropriate assessment and care for ill, medically fragile and/or injured children based on provider orders, scope of practice, district protocols, and professional standards. Documents all care provided in the student s health record. Work with the school nurse on various tasks between bus rides.
