You will oversee treatments and ensure compliance with prescribed therapies. In your role, you will: Work closely with a dedicated team of nurses, medication aides, caregivers, dietary aides, housekeepers, case managers, and nurse leaders to provide exceptional care. Ensure clinical practices meet high safety and sanitation standards while following professional nursing guidelines. Keep documentation, medication administration, resident care, safety, staff training, quality improvement, and resident rights in line with facility standards. Often provide care for residents with dementia, advanced wound care needs, dialysis, heart failure, and IV medications. What you'll bring active RN or LPN Kentucky license required 2 years of experience in long-term care setting preferred well-developed clinical skills are essential experience with a team nursing approach consent to a background check and drug screen
Qualifications/Skills Needed:
Current, valid LPN license in good standing in Kentucky. Completion of accredited LPN nursing program. CPR certification required. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English. Ability to perform physical tasks such as lifting, turning, and assisting residents. Compassionate attitude and strong interpersonal skills for working with residents, families, and staff. Prior experience in a long-term care or skilled nursing setting preferred but not required.
