LPN or CMA Clinic Nurse

LPN/CMA Clinic Nurse Primary hours are Monday - Friday 8am-5pm, but will include evening and weekend hours in a rotation.

Job Description:

• Performs all functions listed in the position job description
• Prepare patient for provider visit by documenting the patients' chief complaints, obtaining and documenting appropriate vital signs
• Perform clinical duties such as injections and immunizations, breathing treatments, dressings, vision/hearing tests, patient education, and assisting provider with procedures.
• Perform laboratory testing such as specimen collection, performing CLIA waived tests, documenting and reporting results
• Perform clerical duties such as registering and scheduling patients, verifying insurance, collecting co-payments/co-insurances, ordering and maintaining medical supplies and medical records management.

Qualifications Required:

Must have current certification or license in Kentucky. Must have strong written and verbal communication skills Must be self-motivated, organized, and detail oriented Must have the ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment Full time position offers benefits of Health Insurance, life insurance and long-term disability, PTO days which increases with years of service, 401k plan and other benefits which will be discussed during interview.
