$25-$29/hour Crown Staffing is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join a pediatric care team in Erlanger, KY. This role offers the opportunity to provide hands-on patient care in a supportive, team-focused environment where quality and patient well-being come first.

Schedule & Hours:

Monday-Friday:

6:00 AM - 6:00

PM Saturday:

8:00 AM - 4:30 PM Must be flexible to work 12-hour shifts as needed Must be available to work

Saturdays Key Requirements:

Active LPN license (KY licensed or eligible through NLC) Current CPR/BLS certification Negative TB test required Minimum 2 years of LPN experience preferred Pediatric experience preferred Basic computer and Microsoft Office skills

Job Summary:

In this role, the LPN will provide direct pediatric patient care under the supervision of an RN Case Manager. Care is delivered using a multidisciplinary and holistic approach focused on supporting each child's physical, emotional, behavioral, and developmental needs. The LPN will be responsible for maintaining accurate documentation, administering medications within scope of practice, and communicating effectively with families and clinical staff to ensure high-quality care.

Primary Responsibilities:

Provide individualized patient care based on treatment plans Monitor and report changes in patient condition to RN Case Manager Maintain accurate and timely documentation Support patient safety, comfort, and overall well-being Assist with maintaining a clean and safe care environment Support and supervise caregivers or nursing assistants as assigned Participate in required trainings and ongoing education

Physical Requirements:
