What You'll Do As an essential member of our clinical team, you will: Provide safe, high‑quality nursing care under the supervision of an RN or provider Administer medications and treatments according to care plans and facility policies Monitor and document patient conditions, vital signs, and responses to interventions Assist with daily living activities and ensure patient comfort and dignity Communicate effectively with patients, families, and interdisciplinary team members Support a positive, collaborative, and patient‑centered environment Participate in care planning and contribute to continuous quality improvement What We're Looking For Current LPN license in good standing Strong assessment and critical‑thinking skills Compassionate, patient‑focused care philosophy Excellent communication and teamwork abilities Ability to work a 12‑hour night shift (7p-7a) Prior experience in healthcare preferred (but we welcome new grads!)
